While looking for some new sugar cookie ideas, I came across this. And I was inspired! I thought these were so cute! So I made them, only bite-sized.
I made sugar cookie dough and tinted it green. I rolled it into two logs and froze them overnight.
In the morning I sliced the logs into coin-sized circles. Once I had a circle, I cut the circle in half and baked them.
I then tinted canned frosting and dark pink - almost red color. Add the frosting and some mini chocolate chips for the seed effect.
And ta-da! Summer cuteness!
